The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is currently promoting the development of 3D city models in approximately 50 cities nationwide, including the 23 wards of Tokyo, as part of Project PLATEAU, aiming for nationwide dissemination and expanded utilization by the end of fiscal year 2020. The G Spatial Information Center has made the 3D city model of the 23 wards of Tokyo available for free download and unrestricted use, including for commercial purposes. We have added functionality to import the CityGML of the 23 wards of Tokyo into PC-MAPPING, allowing it to be displayed on GIS. It is treated as one of the GIS data sets, enabling overlay with other data and 3D representation. By utilizing the PVP save function (extended version), it can also be distributed as a viewer.
