A new product for temperature sensing (70℃) that can directly sense temperature and signal through physical operation without the need for power.
This product is a temperature sensing wire set to detect temperatures directly at 70°C without the need for power or measuring instruments. It is made by combining a number of shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended wire. The shape memory alloy is attached to the wire in a coiled shape, and when the surrounding temperature reaches 70°C, the wire softens, causing the shape memory alloy to constrict the wire (restoring it) and short-circuiting the two wires to create a temperature sensing signal. It is suitable for installation in locations where abnormal temperatures that could lead to fires may occur, such as in industrial machinery, industrial equipment, electrical devices, and storage batteries, and can notify the surrounding area of abnormal temperatures through alarms. New product of temperature sensing wire integrated with multiple temperature memory sensors.

Detection of various abnormal temperatures / Abnormal temperature sensing wire
This product is an abnormal temperature sensing wire set to a temperature of 80°C. A number of shape memory alloys are attached to the wire in a coiled manner, and when the surrounding temperature reaches the abnormal temperature (80°C), the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy binds the wire (restores), short-circuiting the two wires to sense the temperature, thereby detecting the abnormal temperature (80°C) as a signal. It enables early detection of abnormal temperatures, preventing equipment damage and fires, and allows for easy installation by simply extending the wiring, making it possible to monitor a wide range of abnormal temperatures. The standby power is zero due to the switching function. The shape memory alloy has permanent memory, is rust-free, and once activated, it retains its state indefinitely, allowing for long-term use. It is a non-resettable type that also allows for confirmation after activation. 1. This is a product with a temperature detection sensor connected by a code. It is connected using crimp sleeves or connectors. 2. The temperature detection sensor is equipped with a shape memory alloy coiled around a soluble insulated wire. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C), the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy constricts the wire (restores), short-circuiting the two wires to detect temperature and signal it (no voltage/a contact) as temperature detection. 3. By setting the temperature detection sensor to the abnormal temperature of the equipment, it can detect abnormal temperatures. In other words, by installing temperature detection sensors on various industrial and equipment devices, it can detect abnormal temperatures that may lead to equipment damage or fire. Set the abnormal temperature to the set temperature (80°C). 5. For example, when installed on various industrial and electrical equipment, if abnormal heat (abnormal temperature) occurs, the temperature detection sensor with a code detects the abnormal temperature and alerts through an alarm or similar device. 6.
