A new product for temperature sensing (70℃) that can directly sense temperature and signal through physical operation without the need for power.

This product is a temperature sensing wire set to detect temperatures directly at 70°C without the need for power or measuring instruments. It is made by combining a number of shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended wire. The shape memory alloy is attached to the wire in a coiled shape, and when the surrounding temperature reaches 70°C, the wire softens, causing the shape memory alloy to constrict the wire (restoring it) and short-circuiting the two wires to create a temperature sensing signal. It is suitable for installation in locations where abnormal temperatures that could lead to fires may occur, such as in industrial machinery, industrial equipment, electrical devices, and storage batteries, and can notify the surrounding area of abnormal temperatures through alarms. Additionally, it allows for regular monitoring of abnormal temperatures associated with potential fires in various industrial machines, ensuring reliable and safe maintenance management.
