[Heat Stroke Prevention Measures Case Study] Vaccination Concentration Venue
This is a case study introducing the implementation of "Spot Bazooka" at the concentrated vaccination site in Ayagawa Town, Kagawa Prefecture. The gymnasium was urgently designated as a vaccination site, but it did not have air conditioning installed. Therefore, measures against heatstroke and heat stress were necessary during the summer vaccination period, leading to the introduction of eight integrated "Spot Bazooka" units that require almost no construction. The units were delivered in June during the rainy season, and during the trial operation, a refreshing cool breeze with reduced humidity was emitted, which seemed to satisfy the mayor and the townspeople. For more details, please refer to the related products and catalog. [Heat Stroke Prevention Case Study] Matsue Elementary School, Kasamatsu Town, Hatorigun, Gifu Prefecture
This is an introduction to the case of introducing "Spot Bazooka" at Matsueda Elementary School in Kasamatsu Town, Hatori District, Gifu Prefecture. The gymnasiums of two elementary schools in the town still lacked air conditioning, and in light of the incidents of heatstroke among children occurring nationwide, we were considering measures against heatstroke in the gymnasiums. With the added challenge of summer classes during the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to implement a solution as soon as possible. As a result, we arrived at the "Spot Bazooka," which was suitable in terms of overwhelming airflow, safety, installation space, and cost. After confirming the installation site and conducting a demonstration, we were able to verify its effectiveness, leading to its introduction in both schools. Since the introduction, it has been used not only by the schools but also for community sports activities during school open days, and we have received feedback that activities have become more comfortable. For more details, please refer to the related products and catalog. [Heatstroke Prevention Case Study] Sumitomo Heavy Industries Modern, Ltd.
At Sumitomo Heavy Industries Modern Co., Ltd., a factory that manufactures large machines of various sizes and shapes, the indoor environment is air-conditioned, but the height of the building is very tall. During the summer, when assembling large machines, the temperature in high places is high, and there was a need to improve the working environment. Therefore, I learned that EASE offers a rental of a demo unit for the "Spot Bazooka Integrated Set" and consulted with them. They connected a duct to change the blowing direction of the demo unit to check its effectiveness. When air was blown at an upward angle to the high work area, we confirmed that cold air reached the area, and we decided to implement it. For more details, please refer to the related products and catalog. 【Implementation Overview】 ■ Client: Sumitomo Heavy Industries Modern Co., Ltd. (Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture) ■ Implemented Products: Four units of "Spot Bazooka Integrated Set" (350φ reducer + flexible duct)

[Heat Stroke Prevention Case Study] Chikushi Jogakuen University
Here is an introduction to the case of Chikushi Jogakuen University, which implemented measures against heat stroke for classes and club activities. Due to the aging of the gymnasium, the university had previously been unable to install conventional air conditioning. However, with the installation of "Spot Bazooka," they were able to conduct physical education classes and club activities without worrying about heat stroke, creating a comfortable environment. Additionally, a safety net was installed as a precaution, ensuring safe use by preventing fingers from getting caught. The drainage of condensate water is managed with a tank. For more details, please refer to the related products and catalog. 【Implementation Overview】 ■ Location: Chikushi Jogakuen University, Fukuoka Prefecture ■ Number of units installed: 4 integrated units ■ Installation period: July 2020

[Heat Stroke Prevention Case Study] Hyogo Prefecture, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant
At a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Hyogo Prefecture, during the summer before the introduction of the "Spot Bazooka," the temperature inside the semi-open factory exceeded 35 degrees Celsius, making work very difficult. Therefore, this product was introduced. Since liquids are being handled, the humidity inside the factory was also high, creating a harsh environment with a significant risk of heatstroke. However, after the introduction, workers were able to feel dry, cool air in the work area, and it has received very positive feedback from employees. For more details, please refer to the related products and catalog. [Introduction Overview] ■ Location: Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Hyogo Prefecture ■ Number of Spot Bazookas installed - Single type: 11 units - Twin type: 2 units - Integrated type: 1 unit ■ Introduction period: 2017

[Heat Stroke Prevention Case Study] Home Logistics Co., Ltd.
The warehouse of Home Logistics Co., Ltd. has a floor height of just under 10 meters, and cooling the entire building would incur tremendous costs. However, if left unattended, the environment can exceed 35°C in the peak summer, posing a constant risk of heatstroke. Therefore, we introduced the air conditioner 'Guppy Bazooka,' which is used in agricultural greenhouses. It delivers powerful cold air up to 50 meters away with its large airflow and static pressure (the force of pushing air). We first tried one unit, and it indeed delivered cold air up to 50 meters. Next, we purchased four more units, and the workers rated it as "excellent." As a result, approximately 117 units were installed in seven logistics warehouses (DCs) across various regions of Home Logistics. For more details, please refer to the related products and catalog. [Implementation Overview] ■ Issues - Cooling the entire warehouse would incur tremendous costs. - The environment can exceed 35°C in the peak summer if left unattended. ■ Effects - Powerful cold air reaches up to 50 meters away with large airflow and static pressure (the force of pushing air). - There are no vinyl ducts, so it does not interfere with work.
