[Heat Stroke Prevention Case Study] Matsue Elementary School, Kasamatsu Town, Hatorigun, Gifu Prefecture

This is an introduction to the case of introducing "Spot Bazooka" at Matsueda Elementary School in Kasamatsu Town, Hatori District, Gifu Prefecture.
The gymnasiums of two elementary schools in the town still lacked air conditioning, and in light of the incidents of heatstroke among children occurring nationwide, we were considering measures against heatstroke in the gymnasiums. With the added challenge of summer classes during the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to implement a solution as soon as possible.
As a result, we arrived at the "Spot Bazooka," which was suitable in terms of overwhelming airflow, safety, installation space, and cost. After confirming the installation site and conducting a demonstration, we were able to verify its effectiveness, leading to its introduction in both schools.
Since the introduction, it has been used not only by the schools but also for community sports activities during school open days, and we have received feedback that activities have become more comfortable.
