We will introduce a case where the high-altitude work site, which had a harsh environment due to extreme heat, was resolved using a spot bazooka!
At Sumitomo Heavy Industries Modern Co., Ltd., a factory that manufactures large machines of various sizes and shapes, the indoor environment is air-conditioned, but the building's height is very tall. During the summer, when assembling large machines, the temperature in high-altitude work areas is high, necessitating improvements in the working environment. Upon learning that EASE offers a rental of demo units for the "Spot Bazooka Integration Set," we consulted with them. We connected a duct to change the blowing direction of the demo unit and confirmed its effectiveness. When we directed the airflow at an upward angle to the high-altitude work area, we confirmed that cold air reached the area, leading us to decide to implement it. [Implementation Overview] ■ Client: Sumitomo Heavy Industries Modern Co., Ltd. (Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture) ■ Products Introduced: Four "Spot Bazooka Integration Sets" (350φ reducer + flexible duct) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Issues】 ■ The height of the building is very high, and when assembling large machinery in the summer, the temperature during high-altitude work is high, necessitating improvements in the working environment. ■ Work on high floors indoors causes warm air to accumulate at the top, and additionally, the radiant heat from the ceiling makes the work area extremely hot, posing a risk of heatstroke for workers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
