In low-lying urban areas, rainwater rushes in all at once, entering underground spaces and interiors, causing significant damage. Traditionally, attempts were made to prevent flooding using sandbags, but they did not yield significant results. This design is structurally durable and stable, and its ease of connection allows for efficient blocking of rainwater. It is a timely design that is much needed.
