[New Construction Case Study Collection] Infrastructure Development Project
We have uploaded a new construction case study of the high water content soil improvement agent MT series. This case involves excavation for the widening of a waterway in a foundation improvement project. Please take a look at the link below. This project is a land readjustment initiative aimed at large-scale rice paddy development. Initially, the plan was to backfill the existing waterway bed with locally generated soil for agricultural use. However, due to the high moisture content of the locally generated soil, we considered methods for improving it, but using cement or lime was not feasible due to concerns about their impact on crops. Therefore, we conducted test formulations to see if the high water content soil improvement agent MT-2 could be used. The results showed that all 28 components of the soil environmental standard analysis were below the threshold, and the soil hardness (Yamanaka method) was 12mm after 21 days, leading us to determine that backfilling with the improved soil was possible. Mixing was then carried out at the site of the existing waterway. Furthermore, considering future subsurface drainage and agricultural activities, the use of improved soil was limited to a depth of 80cm below the surface. [New Construction Case Study] Adjustment Pond Dredging Work
We have uploaded a new construction case using the high water content soil improvement agent MT series. This case involves the dredging work of a retention pond located in a residential area. Please take a look at the link below. This project involves the removal of mud and soil that has accumulated in the retention pond. The site is located near a residential area, and due to the limited construction space, it was difficult to use cement or lime for improvement. Therefore, the high water content soil improvement agent MT-1 was adopted, and after improvement with this product, the material was immediately transported to a nearby temporary storage area using a dump truck. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Activities related to the dissemination of road slope disaster prevention technologies and methods in the Kingdom of Bhutan.
Our company implemented the "Dissemination, Demonstration, and Business Development Project for Road Slope Disaster Countermeasures Technology and Methods in Bhutan" under the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) from August 2019 to June 2023. The Kingdom of Bhutan has about 70% of its land in mountainous areas, exposing it to risks of falling rocks and landslides, with slope disasters frequently occurring on its main infrastructure, the roads. This not only causes human casualties and creates isolated areas, but also significantly impacts local industries due to road disruptions. Furthermore, the lack of specialized engineers for rockfall and landslide countermeasures in the country, as well as the absence of companies capable of designing and constructing countermeasure facilities, poses a major challenge. In response, our company has worked on local demonstrations of products to stabilize road traffic and support steady economic development. Specifically, we installed two products, "Geo-Lock Wall" and "Macro Net," on-site. These efforts contribute to reducing human casualties from slope disasters, improving logistics efficiency, and fostering regional economic growth through industrial development. Moving forward, we will continue our activities to promote slope disaster countermeasure technologies and methods on roads in Bhutan and surrounding South Asian countries, contributing to economic development.
