It is produced by heating and concentrating the supernatant liquid that is generated as a byproduct during the separation and manufacturing of protein from soybeans. It is rich in nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, nitrogen, and phosphorus, and promotes the activity of microorganisms that decompose pollutants present in the soil.
