We are now announcing the new specification "NEW Auto Sand R," which further pursues improvements in processing capacity and stabilization of treated water quality. ● Thanks to a patented circuit, the backwash operation is performed automatically and reliably, allowing the filter media to be used permanently. ● It operates fully automatically regardless of fluctuations in the raw water flow rate, ensuring consistent treated water quality and safe operation. ● The unit is compact, making installation simple and easy. ● An air backwash mechanism can be installed depending on the composition of the raw water quality. ● It can reliably filter trace amounts of heavy metal hydroxides and fine suspended solids, stabilizing the treated water quality below regulatory values, especially for wastewater from metal surface treatment plants where water quality is particularly unstable and difficult to treat. ● It also demonstrates effectiveness when combined with pre-treatment devices such as COD removal, RO, and ion exchange as a closed system equipment.
