In an era of frequent earthquakes, glass fiber reinforcement materials demonstrate excellent strength, outstanding durability and workability, making new construction, renovations, and maintenance work easy.
【SS Sheet: Fireproof Material Certification Number (Non-combustible: NM-1776) F☆☆☆☆ Certification】 ● Reduction of radio wave interference in the 5G and WiFi6 era ● Aluminum sheet reinforced with glass cloth ● Both sides are aluminum, providing unprecedented strength, making it less likely to develop cracks from holes or bends during installation, and it excels in workability. In case of an emergency, the joints and holes can be reinforced with conductive aluminum tape of the same material, enhancing shielding performance. 【SS Tape】 ● Reinforcement of gaps between shielding materials, repair of holes, reinforcement of metal connections, and around openings (for shielding joints, shielding construction repairs, and joining metal to metal)

basic information
【SS Sheet】 ● In special shielded room construction (for low-frequency and microwave therapy devices, EEG, EMG, and hearing test rooms), it does not require the same level of expertise as copper foil, and due to the absence of corrosion from humidity, it excels in maintainability without performance degradation. It can be installed using general interior work, leading to overall cost reduction. ● It is also used as a non-combustible heat-insulating sheet and for interference countermeasures against misreading of electronic tags (RFID) in apparel and specialty stores (non-combustible partition). ● When used in conjunction with electromagnetic wave absorbers like IT foam, it serves as a simple shielding box or APBOX in the hardware and software development environment for wireless devices such as smartphones. ● It is also suitable for through-wiring processing. 【SS Tape】 ● By shielding the cables and connectors of electronic devices, it protects them from static electricity and electromagnetic wave interference, enabling countermeasures against electromagnetic wave and radio wave disturbances, as well as static electricity removal. ● When installing a freeze prevention device directly onto a resin pipe, aluminum tape treatment is necessary for the piping. (Wrap pure aluminum tape completely around the piping and ground that aluminum.)

Detailed information
-
Installation of non-combustible aluminum shield sheet on the floor and wall. The floor is made of galvanized iron plate, and the wall is covered with a non-combustible aluminum shield sheet, which is adhered using the same material's non-combustible aluminum shield tape to ensure shielding performance.
-
Wall, column type, and window surface overview The wall, column type, and beam type are bonded and stapled with non-combustible aluminum shield sheets, and after stapling the overlapping parts, they are sealed with aluminum shield tape of the same material. A shield film is applied to the glass of the window surface.
-
Shielding treatment for walls, beams, and decks The junctions around penetrating pipes and ducts with the non-combustible aluminum shield sheet on the wall will be tightly adhered with non-combustible aluminum shield tape. The wall and the deck plate surface will also be tightly adhered, with the deck plate surface serving as the shield layer.
-
Wall penetration pipe shield treatment The wall penetration pipe is sealed with a non-combustible aluminum shield sheet on the wall and adhered with non-combustible aluminum shield tape.
-
Air conditioning duct penetration shield treatment The air conditioning duct surface that penetrates the wall shield layer is adhered to the non-combustible aluminum shield sheet on the wall with non-combustible aluminum shield tape.
-
Air conditioning duct mesh panel A mesh panel will be installed at the opening of the air conditioning duct to serve as a shield layer.

Regarding fireproof certification: Fireproof material certification (non-combustible: NM-1776) is required for construction under interior restrictions. 1) Fireproof materials are those defined or certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism according to performance classifications of non-combustible, quasi-non-combustible, and flame-retardant. ● When subjected to heat from a typical fire, the following points must be met: ◎ It must not burn. ◎ It must not undergo harmful deformation, melting, cracking, or other damage from a fire safety perspective. ◎ It must not emit harmful smoke or gas for evacuation. ● Each performance is determined based on the time after heating begins. ◎ Non-combustible performance: 20 minutes after heating begins. ◎ Quasi-non-combustible performance: 10 minutes after heating begins. ◎ Flame-retardant performance: 5 minutes after heating begins. 2) Fireproof performance is certified based on the combination of base materials (as per the Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1400, non-combustible materials are defined by the Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1400 and revised by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Notification No. 1178) and construction methods.

Conductive Strong Adhesive Tape (Glass Cloth Reinforced Double-Sided Aluminum Foil SS Tape) This is a tape made of the same material used to adhere non-combustible aluminum shield sheets. It is an aluminum tape reinforced with glass cloth, and the adhesive side uses a highly conductive metallic foil substrate, making it excellent in flexibility, conductivity, and thermal conductivity. It is used at joints and holes during shield installation, and due to its reinforcement, it offers excellent workability and improved shielding performance. Since it uses a conductive adhesive, it can achieve conductivity in the vertical (thickness) direction just by sticking it on. Being in tape form, it can be wrapped around cables, devices, and irregular surfaces. By shielding cables and connectors of electronic devices, it protects them from static electricity and electromagnetic interference, thus enabling measures against electromagnetic interference, radio wave interference, and static electricity removal.

Our mission is to add our unique ideas and know-how to the new materials that are continuously emerging, in order to meet the needs of various industries, and to propose them as new products with added functionalities. Our functional composite materials demonstrate excellent and original capabilities across various fields, including home appliances, precision instruments, medical equipment, construction, and transportation, as well as in areas such as equipment parts, special rooms, and architectural panels, thereby contributing to society. Our pride lies in our development capabilities that continue to lead the industry, reflecting the times and exploring the next generation. We offer a wide range of products for electromagnetic wave countermeasures. Furthermore, we have established a system that allows us to consistently provide everything necessary for effective and efficient implementation, from on-site electromagnetic wave environment measurement and surveys to construction advice and shielding work. Technology is not born overnight. Our employees value a proactive attitude, especially when it comes to "technologies that no one else is doing," "technologies that are deemed impossible," and "unique technologies." Not everything in development is successful; in fact, failures are more common. However, it is also true that the byproduct technologies born from these challenges support our company today.
