■□■ZAP Features■□■ ■ Uses high-purity zinc ingots (purity of 99.995% or higher) to cast zinc alloy anodes. ■ Main shapes include plate and cylindrical (round bar), with over 50 different sizes available. ■ Exhibits excellent uniform dissolving properties, maintaining the effective potential difference necessary for corrosion protection over a long period, with stable current generation. ■ The dissolving surface is smooth and free of irregularities, helping to prevent fuel efficiency deterioration in ships and damage to fishing nets on fishing boats. ■ Compared to other anodes, it produces extremely little corrosion byproduct, making it less likely to cause clogging even when used in seawater circulation pumps. ■ Minimal self-corrosion, with over 95% of it usable as effective corrosion protection current, resulting in outstanding corrosion protection effects. ■ Does not generate sparks even if dropped during installation, making it safe for use in spark-sensitive areas such as tankers. ■ Installation options include bolt fixation and welding fixation, allowing for easy and secure installation. ■ For more details, please contact us.
