In addition to high cleaning power, we are expanding our lineup with low odor and low VOC options. They are ideal for cleaning various types of solder paste and ink paste.
In the electronics industry, the process of applying paste materials using screen printing is commonly observed. Screen printing is a type of stencil printing where holes are made in the stencil itself, and ink paste is pushed through these holes to create prints. Many materials, including solder paste containing solder, thick film pastes represented by silver and palladium, conductive adhesives, resist inks, and temporary fixing bonds, are printed using metal masks and screen plates (mesh plates). In managing these printing plates, cleaning the openings is essential for maintaining precision and reducing printing defects. With a long history of adoption in the electrical and electronics industry, we are familiar with numerous pastes, adhesives, and bonds, and as a manufacturer specializing in cleaning agents, we develop cleaning solutions from various perspectives. ::.1.:: Support for various pastes, adhesives, and bonds ::.2.:: Compliance with various regulations and low-odor products ::.3.:: Cleaning agent design considering material resistance
