By opening and closing the casing, internal cleaning and verification of cleanliness can be easily and reliably performed. This is a centrifuge effective for relatively large-scale production processes. Compared to hydraulic drive types, maintenance is also simple. The DMN model includes the 800 series with centrifugal effects up to 800G and a large Super series. By equipping a casing opening and closing mechanism and a basket lifting device, cleaning can be reliably performed even in narrow gaps that were previously inaccessible, such as the inside of the basket bottom and boss (cylindrical part), as well as the upper part of the casing bottom and the outer surface of the bearing case. Therefore, even when the processed material changes, sufficiently clean centrifugal separation processing is possible, making it suitable as a GMP and FDA compliant centrifuge.
