This is an inline filter that removes iron powder suspended in liquid and associated contaminants using magnetic force. It reliably eliminates foreign substances, such as micron-level iron powder, that are floating in circulating cutting fluids, lubricants, and hydraulic oils. ◎ The conventional issues have all been resolved by this plate design. ◆ The total cross-sectional area of the grooves in the plate through which the liquid passes is larger than the pipe diameter, so there is almost no pressure loss from the pump. ◆ The plates are also strongly magnetized, so the magnetic force extends to all areas of the liquid passing through the Magnum, ensuring that suspended magnetic particles are captured there. ◆ The foreign substances that are captured accumulate within a strong magnetic flux, preventing them from re-entering downstream. ◆ Cleaning can be easily accomplished by blowing them away with compressed air or cleaning water injected from the side of the plate. ◆ The structure is simple, and since it can be installed directly into the circulation circuit, the initial investment for installation or modification costs is minimal.
