It is an inline filter that can be directly connected to the inlet of a mass flow meter controller.
To ensure stable operation of the bypass-type mass flow meter controller sensitive to dust and mist, we recommend the installation of an inline filter. Four models are available to cover a bore diameter of 0.5 to 40 μm, with design pressures of 10 or 20 MPa, accommodating micro to large flow rates (M-410/M-411/M-422/M-423).
