This is an introduction to the sand separator (SAND SEPARATOR), a cyclone-type solid-liquid separation device used to remove sand and solid materials from groundwater, well water, river water, and seawater in various factories. We offer a compact model that processes 1 ton per hour to a large-capacity model that can handle up to 3,000 tons of wastewater per hour. Additionally, this sand separator is designed to be very compact relative to its flow rate, so it does not take up much space. The operation is simple; just pump water into the device, and no special maintenance is required other than discharging the accumulated solids. The separation performance can achieve approximately 98% separation for materials with a specific gravity of 2.6 and above 75 microns, allowing for the effective removal of general sand without any issues. This sand separator is also known as a Laval separator and is widely used around the world not only for sand removal but also for removing solids from cooling water and coolant liquids.
