One-fifth the weight of conventional nozzles! An innovative nozzle design that reduces the load on piping!! Rehilar has developed the new 4H7 nozzle. It is a true innovator in both gas cooling and gas cleaning. This spray nozzle features a housing-free design. It consists only of a swirl insert and a nozzle tip, a product that has never been seen before. It screws directly into the connecting pipe and weighs only one-fifth of a conventional full cone nozzle. Thanks to the special design of the swirl insert and the large foreign object passage diameter, this nozzle exhibits high resistance to clogging. Its compact dimensions make it strong against vibrations and more stable. Therefore, gas cooling and gas cleaning processes can be carried out safely. The swirl insert and nozzle tip are securely connected without welded joints, achieving very high corrosion resistance. In the areas of rapid cooling and gas absorption, this efficient nozzle boasts an excellent cost-performance ratio.

Creating uniform powders through spray drying required various innovations. Additionally, the DryMASTER nozzle can be used for thousands of applications. It can be used primarily for food powder production and is also applicable in pharmaceuticals. It complies with FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration), EC No. 1935/2004, and GB4806. The groundbreaking initiative of this product is the Lechler Carbon Recycling Program, which considers SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and focuses on recycling consumable carbon materials.
