The Model 225 from Setra is a capacitive pressure sensor developed for special gas applications. It has a structure that is resistant to influences such as torque stress during piping, temperature changes due to low-temperature gas flow, and external high-frequency noise.

The dead space is small at 1.8 mL, making purging easy. The gas contact part is made of SUS316L VAR material and has undergone electrolytic polishing treatment to a surface roughness of 0.18 Ra, with helium leak testing performed on all products. It features a sliding cover that allows for easy adjustment of zero and span. It detects slight changes in diaphragm capacitance and converts them into a high-precision linear DC electrical signal using a custom IC based on a unique charge balance principle. Electrical connections are provided via a 1.8 m multi-core cable or a 4-pin plug connector.
