The E3 ENGINE is an AI anomaly detection engine designed for visual inspection that learns only from images of good products and quantifies deviations from those good products for judgment. The judgment results are returned as three values: OK, Human_Check, and NG. Areas where judgment is unclear are sent back to humans, allowing for a system that reduces the burden on inspectors while maintaining numerical criteria for evaluation rather than relying entirely on AI. Even at the stage where defective product samples have not been collected, PoC can be initiated from images of good products. By combining this with our unique 3D imaging technology "FORESIGHT STEREO," it can also assess defects such as scratches on glossy surfaces that are difficult to capture under normal lighting. Adding and updating product types is also easy.
