A case where the hit rate during keyword input improved due to fine-tuning!
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our EC product search and site search engine, "ZETA SEARCH," at Plus Corporation. We revamped the keyword search functionality and introduced the "suggest" feature, which complements input characters, across all four sites. We also supported product model number searches.
