With Kao's release agents, you can achieve high durability release properties during injection molding of plastics and rubber!
We would like to introduce the use of "Luna Flow," a coating agent (release agent) essential for preventing sticking when molding plastic (resin products) and rubber materials with molds, from Mitsui & Co., Plastics. ＼Do you have any of these concerns?／ 【1】When molding plastic, resin products, or rubber materials with molds, they stick to the molds, reducing work efficiency... 【2】I want to review the costs of work time and labor... 【3】I want to consider both environmental and worker safety... 【4】I don't know how to select the optimal release agent for the material... These concerns can be resolved with the "Kao Luna Flow series"! Additionally, we may have proposals for various applications such as construction materials, silos, solar panels, and more. This is for those who have these challenges! For more details, click the link below! You can download materials from our website or contact us.
