After application, it only needs to be left to air dry for about 10 minutes to form a non-stick surface. Unlike the baking process of fluororesins such as PTFE and PFA, there is no need to request a specialized factory for application, allowing for easy application in your own manufacturing facility. The coating liquid is non-flammable and classified as a non-hazardous material under fire safety laws, so there are no legal restrictions, allowing for safe application. Surrounding facilities such as ventilation and lighting do not need to be explosion-proof. Additionally, it is not classified as an organic solvent under the Industrial Safety and Health Act and has low odor, so there is no need for environmental measurements or regular organic solvent health checks for workers.
