An analysis program calculates the long-term allowable stress and predicted settlement amount at depths of 2 m and 5 m below the foundation, and evaluates the deformation angle (tilt of the building) between measurement points on the site. The number of years since the embankment was constructed and the history of past land use are also taken into account, and judgments are made by cross-referencing with a database of 100,000 cases annually.
