With OCR functionality, it can also import design documents in image format or with security features. The automatic design document analysis engine and learning data functions have been upgraded to achieve high automation in various estimation scenarios, starting with waterworks estimation, which has many input items. It also includes reference unit prices from municipalities such as Chiba City and Kashiwa City Waterworks Bureau, as well as simulations of minimum restriction prices for each municipality.
