The civil engineering estimation system "ATLUS NEXT" is compatible with the estimation of construction projects ordered by various municipalities in Saitama Prefecture, including the Saitama Prefectural Department of Civil Engineering, the Enterprise Bureau, the Agricultural and Forestry Promotion Center, the Saitama City Construction Bureau, the Waterworks Bureau, and various city and town waterworks departments (enterprise groups) and maintenance services. With the OCR function, it is now possible to import image formats and secured (non-copyable) design documents that were previously unmanageable. In the new Saitama City version, specifications from the Construction Bureau and others can be imported simply by dragging and dropping, and estimations can be made using code search and estimation assistance. The Saitama Prefecture version is strong in that it is equipped with a wealth of unit price data not only for civil engineering but also for architecture, equipment, electrical work, and landscaping.
