Submersion correction work | Preserving the asset value of wooden houses with carbon fiber foundation regeneration method.
Subsidance correction work
Powerful restoration of defect foundations pointed out in inspections with carbon fibers! Perfectly preserving the asset value of wooden houses through settlement correction and re-attachment of ground guarantees.
This catalog is a proposal for technical solutions that dramatically restore the asset value and structural safety of buildings using carbon fiber foundation rehabilitation methods and advanced settlement correction techniques in response to foundation deterioration issues identified in the sale of used homes and building inspections. For foundation cracks caused by concrete carbonation and coastal salt damage, we implement pressure injection of high-viscosity epoxy resin and the application of carbon fiber sheets, which boast ten times the tensile strength of steel, to block the progression of internal rebar corrosion and provide greater structural rigidity than when the building was new. Additionally, for house tilting due to uneven ground settlement, we combine steel pipe pile driving methods and pressure slab methods to restore horizontal alignment to within millimeters, followed by high-density filling of air milk into the voids beneath the foundation. After completion, we provide objective construction evidence and total support for the re-establishment of ground guarantees. We fundamentally resolve the factors that lead to price reductions for non-compliant properties, strongly supporting smooth real estate transactions and long-term preservation of residential assets that satisfy all parties involved: buyers, sellers, and businesses.

basic information
High-toughness carbon fiber sheets, epoxy-based bonding primers, mixed-type matrix resins of main agent and hardener, and high-pressure filling epoxy grout materials will be used. The tensile strength of the carbon fibers is secured at approximately 3400 N/mm² or more, and they excel in corrosion resistance and fireproof properties. For settlement correction, an underpinning method and pressure-resistant slab method combining small hydraulic jacks (compatible with 10t to 30t), high-precision laser measuring instruments (controlled to millimeter accuracy), and steel pipe piles (such as STK pipes with an outer diameter of 114.3 mm) will be adopted. Construction data before and after the work can be digitally output in certificate format.

Applications/Examples of results
It is ideal for repairing foundational defects during the transaction of used houses, as well as for corrective measures against uneven settlement and cracks pointed out in inspections (housing assessment diagnostics). It is widely used for properties covered by housing defect liability insurance, repair plans for ground subsidence associated with insurance coverage, and for reinforcing the foundations of properties that have been purchased for resale after a certain number of years. Additionally, it is adopted in after-support scenarios for owners who want to prove the structural safety of properties scheduled for sale to prevent a decline in value, as well as for real estate agents and housing manufacturers who wish to avoid the risk of contract cancellation and facilitate smooth transactions.
