By using high-precision laser measuring instruments to continuously monitor displacement in real-time during construction, it enables accurate horizontal restoration to the millimeter level without imposing excess loads on the building structure. The use of compact equipment that does not involve demolition or extensive excavation allows for "construction while living," eliminating the need to move to temporary housing. Environmentally friendly injection materials that are resistant to outflow and deterioration from groundwater are used, effectively blocking future subsidence risks and strongly preserving the disaster prevention performance and asset safety of important homes.
