The "Resophon Pier Method" is a construction technique that suppresses the outflow of concrete into voids such as abandoned coal mines, air raid shelters, and underground drainage, thereby reducing material waste and construction costs, while also contributing to the quality assurance of piles. It involves covering the rebar cage with a dedicated "Resophon Net." Joint research with Kyoto University has shown that even when the net is attached, the surface friction force is comparable to that of standard concrete piles (approximately 0.9 to 1.1 times), and methods are available to reduce it to about 0.9 times, which is equivalent or on the safe side.
