The data center floor slab construction method is a comprehensive proposal that considers the required flatness, durability, dust resistance, and static electricity countermeasures for the ground concrete floor of a new data center. In floors involving server racks, AI/GPU equipment, autonomous robots, and equipment delivery vehicles, even slight unevenness, surface deterioration, or dust generation can affect operational quality. Leveling of the floor using a laser screed Using a dedicated machine, the laser screed, we level fresh concrete and adjust the level accuracy of the wide floor surface based on laser standards. In data centers, it is important to create a leveled floor surface from the initial stages, as it serves as the foundation for server racks and free access flooring.

    2. Re-vibration compaction using EV revive tamper Re-vibration compaction removes air bubbles within the concrete and eliminates water channels that can cause cracking, creating a dense state. This is positioned as a crucial process for improving long-term durability.

    3. Unevenness correction using a riding trowel The riding trowel is used to correct fine unevenness on the floor surface through disc application, creating a uniform finish without irregularities. This unevenness correction results in a flat and smooth floor surface, significantly reducing the tilt of server racks and the wobbling of forklifts and AGVs.

    Option 1 / Cutter Work (Joint Cutting and Joint Injection) For cutter work performed as needed on the data center floor, we recommend the soft cut method to be carried out the day after the concrete finishing. This helps suppress early cracking that occurs shortly after finishing and allows for preemptive crack control, preventing unnecessary cracks from developing. Additionally, we also provide joint injection work as needed. We will make proposals considering the operational conditions of the floor and the loads to be placed on it, keeping in mind the subsequent processes. For joint injection work, we will select and use a polyurethane-based material with good followability. However, if a joint injection material has already been selected in advance, it is also possible to carry out the work using that material.

    Option 2 / Cleaning (Pre-delivery cleaning using specialized equipment) Before delivery, we remove dirt and fine dust from the floor surface to prepare the area for equipment installation. Our services do not end with the completion of the work; we can also assist in creating a suitable floor environment before the operation of the data center.

    Post-construction level measurement The floor accuracy after construction is inspected for flatness using a floor profiler, not just by appearance, and evaluated by the customer.
