The Stronghold roaster combines flexibility in heat source control with high reproducibility. Recommended for home-roasting cafes.
The S8X can roast up to 4.5 kg of green beans per batch, allowing for a maximum of 13.5 kg of green beans to be roasted per hour when roasting three batches. It is an ideal size roaster for selling roasted beans and small-scale wholesale of roasted beans. In addition to being able to roast freely in manual mode, it features a program mode that allows roasting using pre-installed profiles, making it possible for those without roasting experience to roast as well. Equipped with proprietary software Roastware, the roasted profiles are automatically saved, and it is possible to call up saved profiles for automatic roasting. This contributes to reducing the workload of roasters. It has been introduced in medium-sized roastery cafes that are newly opened.
