It automatically detects external domain recipients when sending emails and displays a confirmation screen before sending. The design ensures that emails cannot be sent until all external recipients are confirmed, and it also lists attached files. In addition to being offered as a cloud service, it is also planned to support deployment in on-premises environments managed by the utilizing companies or their own cloud environments. By working in conjunction with existing DLP products and email security measures, it helps reduce the risk of misdelivery due to human error by institutionalizing the confirmation just before sending.
