"EvoLiNQ Mail Sending Checker" is an Outlook add-in designed for companies using Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online to prevent email misdelivery. It automatically detects external domain recipients when sending emails and displays a confirmation screen before sending. The design ensures that emails cannot be sent until all external recipients are confirmed, and it also lists attached files. In addition to being offered as a cloud service, it is also planned to support deployment in on-premises environments managed by the utilizing companies or their own cloud environments.
