Company information
Our company was founded in 2010 and has recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. Over the past decade, the introduction of IoT and M2M, which originated from Germany's Industry 4.0, has progressed, but we are still often asked how to make use of the vast amounts of data collected. Issues such as on-site defects, rework, equipment minor stops, major stops, and unexpected mold failures leading to production halts have not improved at all. We have been chosen by the field and are determined to refine tools and systems that are truly useful to our customers' sites. The keyword is "realization" that genuinely benefits the field. We are promoting internal reforms through four projects aimed at practicing "collecting ⇒ viewing ⇒ analyzing ⇒ utilizing" data at our customers' sites. Our approach is not to start with the implementation of IoT, but to begin with listening to our customers' challenges. Instead of big data, we carefully select and collect data that is deemed necessary, recommending a small start by initiating from one process and then expanding to the next. This allows us to proceed without the large initial investments typical of core systems, while observing the effects. If you are looking to solve current challenges, please feel free to consult with us.
