Achieve both design and compliance with regulations using fireproof certified antique mortar. It can be proposed for high-end interiors in stores, hotels, and commercial facilities. Consultation for construction is available.
Antique mortar is a high-design plaster finish that adds personality and elegance to a space with its rich texture and the shadows created by trowel finishing. At Floor Agent, we have completed numerous projects in spaces that prioritize a unique worldview, including brand shops, restaurants, offices, hotels, and commercial facilities. With the recent acquisition of the fireproof certification [NM-6075] recognized by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, it has become easier to propose this material for projects with interior restrictions requiring non-combustible materials. While prioritizing design, it also serves as a strong option for designers who cannot overlook fire performance and compliance with regulations. This plaster finish creates a warm expression despite its inorganic nature, making it suitable for a wide range of areas such as sales wall surfaces, around cash registers, behind fixtures, near fittings, customer seating walls, and conference rooms. It is characterized by its ability to minimize cracking, high durability, and excellent adhesion to substrates, allowing for a balance between design and practicality. Thanks to the stable supply of domestic materials, it is also easy to propose as a value engineering option for projects concerned about price fluctuations and delivery risks associated with imported plaster materials. We provide support for material proposals, sample confirmations, and construction consultations according to certified specifications. If you are considering a high-design plaster finish that meets fireproof certification, please consult with Floor Agent.
