July 23 Seminar: "The Strength of a Company’s Organization Depends on the Strength of Its Managers"

I will talk about building an organization that simultaneously develops managers' leadership and management skills, as well as employees' initiative and teamwork, centered around OKRs.

Currently, companies are facing various challenges such as "recruitment and retention of talent," "improvement of productivity," "development of human resources," and "increase in sales," but the key to solving these issues lies in the "strength of managers." When the degree of "leadership" and "management skills," which are the original roles of managers, increases, it stimulates employee engagement, enhances autonomy and teamwork, and creates a positive cycle that leads to high performance by solving various challenges in a multifaceted manner. In order for managers to actually demonstrate "leadership" and "management skills," it is necessary to establish a "system" and "environment" that allows them to practically understand and refine these skills through their daily work. In this seminar, we will not only train managers' "leadership" and "management skills," but also enhance the autonomy and teamwork of team members simultaneously, and clearly convey the "three organizational foundations" based on OKRs that lead to high performance.
