Comprehensive support from porting QNX Neutrino to custom driver development and rigorous latency evaluation in overloaded environments.
At Alive Vision Software, we have conducted OS porting, driver development, and performance evaluation based on the real-time OS (RTOS) **"QNX Neutrino"** for "sequence controllers (industrial control devices)" that require high reliability and ultra-fast control in microsecond units. We strongly support the deployment of various models across multiple platforms spanning different CPU architectures (Intel, Arm) with our solid technical expertise in low-layer software. If you are a device manufacturer facing challenges such as "I want to port QNX to our own board (SoC) but lack the know-how," "I would like to evaluate whether real-time performance is truly achieved on the actual machine through overload testing," or "I would like to request customization of dedicated drivers to control peripheral ICs," please feel free to consult with us.

【Specifications and Specs (Supported Areas and Implementation Achievements)】 ■ 1. Porting from BSP provided by OS vendors Conducting the porting of the OS optimized for the target controller board based on the BSP provided by hardware and OS vendors. ■ 2. New development and modification of custom drivers Custom implementation of low-layer drivers tailored to peripheral ICs and hardware specifications. CPU core drivers (clock control, thermal management control) GPIO drivers (general-purpose input/output control) EEPROM / I2C drivers (control of non-volatile memory for configuration data, communication control for various sensors and devices) ■ 3. Overload and performance evaluation of real-time OS (latency measurement) Simulating a high-load and overload environment based on worst-case scenarios, precisely measuring task switching speed and interrupt response speed (latency). Demonstrating that the stringent real-time requirements (time constraints) demanded by control applications are reliably met.
