On-site work can be performed with just nut tightening, contributing to labor-saving in on-site operations, stabilization of construction quality, reduction of construction time, and addressing labor shortages. ■High-performance wooden frame structure suitable for four-story wooden buildings TEC-S adopts a ductile GIR joint technology, which, in addition to high strength and high rigidity, has excellent energy absorption performance, making it suitable for medium to large wooden buildings where seismic resistance is required. ■Rationalization of structural design By standardizing member cross-sections and rotational stiffness, design efficiency is achieved.
