Since it's a cloud service, no server is needed! You can start with just one handy device.
Attach IC tags to managed items and realize the collection of inbound and outbound records, as well as inventory counts, using RFID. This package absorbs the challenges of reader-writer control in building an RFID system, eliminating the need for RFID development on the customer side. It integrates with upper systems via CSV or API, allowing RFID to be introduced into existing WMS or core systems with a plug-in feel. This is a simple and easy-to-understand package specialized for RFID record collection. 【Features】 ■ Start immediately As a cloud service, no server is required. You can start with just one handheld device, making it ideal for Proof of Concept (PoC). ■ Bulk reading With the bulk reading feature of RFID, inbound and outbound inventory operations are significantly streamlined. Additionally, operations can be tailored to the customer's environment and business, whether using handheld devices or gates. ■ IC tag issuance The package includes the capability to issue IC tags using RFID-compatible label printers. Even if IC tags cannot be attached at the manufacturing (sourcing) stage, they can be issued in-house. ■ Integration with upper systems It integrates with upper systems via API or CSV. Existing systems can remain unchanged while introducing the RFID system with a plug-in feel.

basic information
【Tag Reading】 - Bulk Tag Reading Function Displays a list based on the imported schedule list data. Reads IC tags with handheld or fixed readers (gates) and registers the results. *Even if there is no scheduled data, the quantity of scanned products can be displayed and registered as results.* - Product Search Function Specifies a product or EPC and displays the signal strength of the corresponding tag in a graph. - Results Search Function Allows referencing the results registered through bulk tag reading. 【Tag Issuance】 - Label Issuance Function Imports IC tag information data and outputs IC tags from a label printer based on that data. Writing EPC and printing labels are possible. 【Data Integration (API, CSV)】 - Scheduled Data Import Imports scheduled lists for processing categories such as inbound and outbound, on a document basis. - Results Data Output Outputs the results of scanned products on a document basis for processing categories such as inbound and outbound. - Master Data Import Imports master data for EPC and product linkage information, product information, location information, and responsible person information.

Company information
Founded in 1894 as a textile company, Takaya Textile expanded and established its electronics division in 1966, starting the assembly of transistor radios. Today, in addition to contract manufacturing services (EMS) related to electronic devices, the company actively manufactures and sells various electronics, including in-circuit testers (printed circuit board inspection devices) and RFID (a technology that enables information exchange through short-range wireless communication from tags containing IC information), as well as IT consulting and system solutions, both domestically and internationally. We continue to evolve as a corporate group that contributes to societal development, with textiles and electronics as our dual pillars.
