The tip bearing capacity coefficient is specified as α = 250, and the surrounding soil characteristics (average N value from standard penetration tests and uniaxial compressive strength) can also be considered for the side friction. The material of the steel pipes used is equivalent to or higher than JIS G 3444 STK400 and STK490, and the outer wings are made of material equivalent to or higher than JIS G 3106 SM490, ensuring a thorough quality control system.
