basic information
With the cooperation of Ajino Chinoya, we conducted a taste comparison of 11 products in total, including 3 types of croquettes from the company and 8 types from 5 different supermarkets! When analyzed along the two axes of "umami aftertaste" and "richness derived from ingredients," the individuality of each product was surprisingly clear in the data. By comparing with the overall average, the strengths of each product became immediately apparent. Rather than just a subjective appeal of "it's somehow delicious," specific statements like, "Compared to other companies, it has umami and a sense of the ingredients, making it delicious even without sauce," and "We gently adjusted the seasoning in the renewal to enhance the richness of the ingredients," paired with graphs (visualization), significantly increase the persuasiveness.
