We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our self-service survey tool "Freeasy" at Ritsumeikan University. Traditionally, it was necessary to devise ways to obtain reliable results in survey methods and data collection, but fine-tuning was difficult. After the introduction of this tool, it became possible to customize the survey design independently, allowing for a very rapid process from ordering the survey to collecting the data.
