A method to restore aesthetics and maintain delivery quality through tire mark cleaning in logistics warehouses.

This is a proposal for cleaning work to quickly remove the black tire marks accumulated from forklift operations, ensuring a tidy appearance and cleanliness before handing over the warehouse.

In logistics warehouses, forklifts repeatedly travel along the same paths, making it easy for black tire marks to accumulate in a band around the shipping area. While mopping and general cleaning can remove surface dust, they often fail to lighten the embedded dark stains, causing the entire floor to appear old. Neglecting the deterioration in appearance can impact first impressions during viewings and evaluations during tenant handovers, potentially raising doubts about management quality. Floor Agent, based in Tokyo, provides concrete floor cleaning services for warehouses and factories nationwide. Using ride-on trowels and scrubbers, we can perform mechanical cleaning efficiently over large areas in a short time. We can also use alkaline electrolyzed water as needed, allowing us to select cleaning methods tailored to the nature of the dirt. Our system is well-equipped to handle stubborn stains that are difficult to remove with conventional cleaning, short-term projects before handovers, and consultations for restoring the premises after vacating. We can consistently proceed with consultations for repairs and protective treatments based on the post-cleaning condition, so if you are struggling with floor stains, please feel free to reach out to us. This approach is effective in addressing tire marks not just as a cosmetic issue, but as a means to maintain warehouse value and improve handover quality. Please also check our website and construction videos. We are always available for estimates.
