Remote presence with Teams smart glasses for communication equipment installation.
Synchro Eyes (Microsoft Teams version)
Easy remote presence with existing Teams! Streamlining equipment installation with smart glasses.
In the communication equipment installation industry, quick and accurate work is required. Especially in high-altitude work and complex wiring tasks, the visual confirmation and instructions from skilled technicians are essential. However, there are challenges such as the difficulty of giving instructions from remote locations and simultaneous confirmations by multiple people. The NETIS-registered Teams smart glasses utilize existing Microsoft Teams to enable remote presence. This allows for real-time sharing of on-site conditions and precise instructions to be given. Since there is no need to introduce a new system and it can be connected with a one-touch operation, it reduces the burden on the field and contributes to the efficiency of equipment installation. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Communication equipment installation sites - Maintenance and inspection work - Giving instructions from remote locations 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction in work time - Decrease in human errors - Cost reduction
