<High Waterproofing Performance> A special binder with excellent adhesion, elasticity, and waterproofing completely seals the DS aggregate, creating a unified structure that prevents water intrusion and extends the lifespan of bridges. <Comfortable Ride Quality> An asphalt-based expansion device similar to existing pavement. It provides a smooth passage without discomfort, suppressing noise and vibration for good ride quality. <Excellent Durability> The material has high flow resistance (restorative power) and excellent wear resistance, making it less prone to ruts and unevenness. It exhibits excellent elongation characteristics and elasticity at low temperatures, making it less likely to crack or develop ridges. The binder with high rubber elasticity offers excellent peel resistance, making it difficult to detach. <Easy Construction> The simple structure reduces construction time. No special construction machinery other than compaction equipment is required for paving. A dedicated melting machine with automatic temperature control is used for the on-site dissolution of the special binder, ensuring thorough quality control. <Cost Reduction> The construction cost is lower compared to conventional butt joints. Additionally, partial repairs using the same material can be easily performed regardless of the extent of damage, significantly reducing running costs. Furthermore, the durability of the structure is improved, which is expected to lower overall maintenance costs.

  The MM Joint DS type is unsuitable for the following locations: - Areas with heavy traffic. - Areas with a lot of large vehicles passing through. - Near traffic signals by bridges, where vehicles may stop and start on the joint. - Near intersections at the exit of bridges, where sharp turns may occur over the joint. - Locations where deflection occurs. - Areas where tires pass over vertical joints. Due to the potential for issues in these conditions, it is generally deemed unsuitable for application.
