basic information
【Lecture Overview】 Mori Building, in collaboration with over 300 stakeholders in the planned area, has opened "Azabudai Hills" in November 2023 after more than 30 years of planning. Subsequently, facilities will open in phases, with all buildings completed by October 2025, marking the completion of the entire area. The concept is "A city wrapped in greenery, connecting people like a 'plaza' – Modern Urban Village." The approximately 8.1-hectare planned area will feature three super-tall buildings and four mid- to low-rise buildings, creating a lush environment at ground level. This "Vertical Garden City" consolidates diverse urban functions such as living, working, learning, playing, and relaxing within walking distance. How did this come to be? What is the future of urban development by Mori Building? This lecture will provide detailed explanations on these topics. 【Lecture Items】 ■ Mori Building's Challenge in Urban Development ■ Mori Building's Development Philosophy ■ Mori Building's Strategic Areas ■ The Birth of Azabudai Hills ■ The Future of Mori Building's Urban Development ■ Related Q&A ■ Business Card and Information Exchange Session
