【Lecture Overview】 Grand Green Osaka is a large-scale mixed-use development project that boasts an area of approximately 45,000 square meters, located in front of the largest terminal station in western Japan, "JR Osaka Station." It includes a city park "Umekita Park," offices, hotels, commercial facilities, core functional facilities, and residential properties. From the outset, the park and private land have been designed as an integrated whole, and after opening, the "Umekita MMO" general incorporated association will continuously manage park management and area management for 50 years.
