Applications/Examples of results
Field Adaptation Case: 1) Application Situation: Bridge pier located on the riverbank in the Tohoku region. Concrete was poured during the cold period (from March to early April), and this insulated formwork pad was used as a cold weather curing measure. 2) Application Results: A total of 4,080 insulated formwork pads were installed, with an installation period of 3 days and a removal period of 1 day, allowing for easy and quick construction. The formwork at the end of the bridge pier had a curved surface with a radius of 2.25 meters, which seemed difficult to install, but due to the flexibility of this product, it was able to be installed without coming loose.
