Dismantlable Waterproof Silicone Gel for Renewable Energy Equipment [Power Gel]
Cellpack Power Gel
Removable silicone gel that improves the waterproof and insulation performance of electrical connections.
In the renewable energy industry, the reliability of electrical equipment installed outdoors, such as solar power generation systems and wind power generation facilities, is crucial. In particular, connection points are susceptible to the effects of rainwater, dust, and humidity, which pose risks of insulation failure and corrosion-related malfunctions. To address these issues, protective materials with high waterproofing and insulation properties are essential. Power Gel can be mixed and injected into electrical connections to provide high waterproof insulation performance, contributing to the long-term stable operation of the equipment. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Connection points of solar power generation systems - Cable connection points of wind power generation facilities - Seals inside power conditioners - Waterproofing and insulation measures for outdoor electrical equipment 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Prevents water ingress and corrosion at connection points, extending the lifespan of the equipment - Reduces the risk of accidents due to insulation failure - Lowers maintenance costs - Ensures long-term reliability
