A silicone-based power gel that provides high waterproof insulation performance to electrical connections simply by mixing and injecting.
Power Gel is a two-component silicone gel that cures at room temperature. Before curing, it is a liquid similar to insulating oil, which can fill gaps, and after curing, it becomes a flexible silicone that can be disassembled by hand. It is translucent, allowing for easy visual inspection of the interior. It achieves high electrical insulation and waterproof performance with simple work. Once the gel is filled, it blocks moisture, preventing internal condensation. It can be widely utilized in various industries and fields. By mixing and injecting it into connection points of electrical equipment, the performance of the connections can be easily enhanced. It can be filled into junction boxes and pull boxes to prevent water ingress and corrosion due to internal condensation in critical equipment. Since the main agent and curing agent are mixed and injected in the required amounts, it can be used up completely, making it economical. The containers and spatulas needed for mixing and injection are included in the kit, so work can begin immediately after opening the box. The mixing time is only 30 seconds, after which it can be injected into the target object. Being silicone-based, it has high heat resistance and long-term reliability. By using Power Gel, electrical connections can be protected from water, dust, foreign matter, and moisture ingress for an extended period, regardless of whether they are new or existing.
